Original Canables® So many products are made from plastics these days; we sometimes forget the benefits of steel. For one thing, all steel products have a minimum of 30% recycled content and are easily recycled too. Steel is strong, long lasting and substantial in weight. Steel also provides a degree of fire resistance that surpasses containers made of plastic. Original Canables® begin as 20 or 30 gallon barrels made of 18 gauge, galvanized steel known as galvaneal, a material used by the automotive industry. The barrels are then factory painted and finished off with a bold RECYCLE RECYCLE RECYCLE decal. Standard colors are green or blue and custom colors are available in quantity, as are custom decals. Removable rigid plastic liners and well as plastic poly bags are available. Handles can be added if required.
Original Canables® with clear plastic lids come with customer-applied labels and the words: RECYCLE CANS GLASS PLASTIC ONLY. Apply any or all words as required. A 5" diameter recycling symbol is also included. Metal lids receive factory-applied cut vinyl labeling with word choices similar to those listed above. Original Canables® cost range: $138 - $193. Cost variables include model selection, order size, custom requirements and government contract obligations. |

see the cans and bottles inside.
For an all-steel solution, painted
steel lids are available too. Steel lids can be hinged and locked.
Both lid styles have 4.5" diameter openings for collecting
cans and bottles, lids with 2" x 14.5" slots for paper collection, or a combination of each opening for single-stream collection.
